We’re seeking a talented Customer Relationships Management (CRM) Manager to join our team. We are looking for a Manager that can produce marketing strategies to keep current clients happy while also bringing in new clients. You’ll be working with different departments to guarantee consumer targets, financial goals, and business goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Ensure CRM systems directly lead to new sales
  • Research and implement marketing strategies to both attract new clients and retain current clients
  • Evaluate consumer data to determine what changes should be made to current marketing strategies
  • Respond to customer comments and queries as needed
  • Set up Marketing Automation
  • Generate financial reports to ensure maximum gain and minimal loss

CRM Manager Requirements

  • 4 years experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Working knowledge of ZOHO CRM systems
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid research and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
