Whiz is looking for a Delivery Manager to be responsible for overseeing, maintaining and improving our team deployment to maintain client satisfaction. The service delivery manager may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the quality of inventory.


  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and the development team.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the development context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Determining ways to reduce time without sacrificing quality.

  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders .


  • Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
  • Good development skills and the ability to use business support software.
